1. Key Initiatives for the Welfare of Advocates
Upgrading Bar Association libraries and arranging books, with further improvements planned.

Installing water coolers and undertaking beautification work in bar associations across various districts and tehsils of the constituency for advocates and litigants.

2. Public Welfare Initiatives in Healthcare
Facilitating medical assistance for approximately 530 needy people through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help them meet the cost of treatment for serious illnesses.
Raising the demand several times in the Legislative Council for family-wide cashless medical facilities for teachers in government, non-government, self-financed, and recognized higher education institutions; government advocates; staff of Kasturba Gandhi Schools; cooks; and other employees, similar to facilities available to other categories of education department personnel. Cashless medical facilities are now available.
Undertaking work related to five oxygen plants in government hospitals to strengthen basic healthcare infrastructure.
Proposing an effective digital health system to help prevent road accidents, encourage technological innovation, and increase citizen participation.
Undertaking work related to seven open gyms to promote healthy lifestyles and physical exercise.
3. Major Initiatives for Education and Teachers’ Welfare
Upgrading government libraries and arranging books in Hardoi and Barabanki districts. Similar work in other districts has been proposed. The initiative aims to improve library infrastructure and create a better learning environment for students and readers.
Promoting green energy in schools through rooftop solar power installations:
On-grid rooftop solar plants have been installed in 190 schools in Rae Bareli and Barabanki.
Installation work is in progress in 147 schools in Hardoi and Lakhimpur Kheri.
Undertaking nine projects related to projectors and wall-to-computer facilities to promote digital teaching, presentations, and information sharing in educational institutions.
Taking up the construction and repair of paved access roads connecting government and aided schools in Hardoi, Rae Bareli, and Barabanki. These include 19 government inter colleges in Barabanki, 20 government boys’ and girls’ inter colleges and aided schools in Hardoi, and 17 aided schools in Rae Bareli.
Undertaking 49 school building grant-related works to strengthen the education system and improve school infrastructure.
Completing 42 furniture-related works in response to the needs of educational and public institutions.
Making efforts to ensure that teachers and employees of aided secondary and Sanskrit schools covered under the General Provident Fund (GPF) scheme for the old pension system can obtain final advances and that retired teachers and employees receive their GPF balances along with interest.
Raising issues in the Legislative Council concerning scholarships and fee reimbursement for Other Backward Class (OBC) students in Uttar Pradesh, similar to provisions for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, and continuing efforts to secure approval.
Raising the demand for the establishment of a pharmacy university and pursuing government approval.
Making efforts to establish a government university in Hardoi, Sitapur, and Lakhimpur Kheri districts under the Lucknow Division.
Facilitating the release of salaries for lecturers and employees at Firoz Gandhi Polytechnic, Rae Bareli, in the interest of students.
Promoting solar-powered lighting facilities in thousands of schools.
Raising the demand before the government for electricity supply to rural schools during summer in accordance with school timings and students’ needs.
Raising concerns regarding the commencement of the affiliation process for the B.Pharm Council for the 2023–24 academic session by the Technical Education Department of Uttar Pradesh.
Advocating for appropriate police action in matters involving schools and students while taking the interests of all parties into account.
Promoting net-metering facilities for solar installations in schools, colleges, and other institutions to encourage solar energy projects through the Energy and Additional Energy Department of Uttar Pradesh.
4. Efforts to Promote Employment and Secure the Future of Youth
Raising issues concerning the service conditions of employment assistants, human resource policies (HR Policy), payment of outstanding honorariums, regular monthly payments, and the deposit of deducted Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) contributions into their respective accounts.
Introducing the Uttar Pradesh Employment Development Commission Bill, in connection with which the Uttar Pradesh Government established the Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission.
Raising issues concerning reservation and recruitment rules for contractual and outsourced appointments and continuing efforts toward their implementation.
Advocating for grants to self-financed colleges under the state’s Higher Education Department, with institutions appointing their own principals and teachers.
Seeking changes in admission eligibility criteria and the timely commencement of the new D.El.Ed. admission process for the 2022–23 session in view of the shortage of teachers.
Making efforts to ensure reliable electricity supply to the industrial area of Barabanki.
Facilitating the connection of the Sandila industrial area in Hardoi to the Lucknow–Agra Expressway.
Raising the issue of establishing Common Facility Centres under the One District One Product (ODOP) scheme and continuously pursuing its implementation.
5. Development and Public Infrastructure Initiatives
Undertaking work related to the installation of 1,735 solar streetlights to improve lighting in rural and urban areas at night.
Undertaking work related to 484 solar semi-high-mast lights, 23 solar high-mast lights, and 88 electric high-mast lights to improve illumination at public places and important locations.
Completing 52 water cooler-related works to provide clean and cool drinking water to citizens at public places.
Undertaking 45 interlocking pavement works to improve accessibility and ease of movement at various locations.
Completing 41 building construction-related works to address public and community infrastructure needs.
Installing 150-foot-high national flags at nine locations to promote national pride, respect, and patriotism, including at the 1090 Chauraha in Lucknow.
Constructing more than 20 memorial gates in memory of eminent personalities and martyrs at various locations.
Undertaking 16 transformer-related works to address electricity infrastructure requirements.
Completing nine renovation and repair works to improve the condition and usability of existing public structures.
Continuously pursuing the development of basic infrastructure in urban areas through the relevant departments.
Undertaking eight toilet construction-related works to improve sanitation and public facilities.
Arranging repairs to the damaged boundary wall of the water tank and park behind Ujala Apartment in Sector 20, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, and installing a submersible pump for irrigation. In addition, work related to nine submersible pumps was undertaken to address water supply requirements.
Working toward granting Nagar Panchayat status to areas in Hardoi, including Ganj Jalalabad and Gausganj, with the inclusion of Terwa Dahigawan and Baghaur villages.
Raising the demand to connect Shyampur hamlet of Lekha village in Hardoi to the main road.
Raising the issue in the Legislative Council of compensation for farmers who have suffered losses over the past 15 years because NTPC disposed of ash in the Umran ash pond in Unchahar, Rae Bareli, and continuing efforts toward a resolution.
Continuously pursuing the construction of a bridge over the Saryu/Ghaghara River at Hetampur Dham in Barabanki.
Raising issues in the Legislative Council concerning payment and housing problems faced by litigants associated with Ansal Township.
Making efforts to provide net-metering benefits to solar energy consumers to encourage the use of solar power.
Pursuing the interconnection and beautification of ponds in Terwa Dahigawan village in Hardoi.
Completing work related to four community halls or marriage halls to provide useful spaces for social, cultural, and family functions.
6. Sports and Rural Development
Providing sports equipment at various locations to encourage sporting activities and support physical development.
Raising the issue of implementing government orders to reserve playgrounds in Gram Panchayats.
Urging the government to identify land allotted for mini-stadiums in village assemblies and free such land from illegal encroachments by land mafias, so that the state government’s sports promotion initiatives can be implemented effectively.
7. Initiatives for Farmers, Soldiers, and the General Public
Raising the proposal to establish an autonomous institution to provide technical and financial assistance to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) under the Agriculture Department.
Requesting the government to ensure seat reservations for serving and retired military personnel on buses operated by the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation.
Raising the issue of recording the arms licence details of former military personnel in their home districts and continuing efforts toward its resolution.
Raising the issue concerning the historic Clock Tower building in Hardoi and pursuing a resolution.

इस विशेष आलेख में जानिए जनसेवा के छह वर्षों के प्रमुख कार्य, महत्वपूर्ण पहल और भविष्य में विकास को लेकर संकल्प को
1. अधिवक्ताओं के हित में प्रमुख कार्य
बार एसोसिएशन पुस्तकालयों के उन्नयन एवं पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था की गई और आगे भी वेहतर का प्रयास रहेगा ।
बार एसोसिएशनों में वातानुकूलित संयंत्र (AC) जैसी आधारभूत सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था।
निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विभिन्न जनपदों एवं तहसीलों बार में अधिवक्ताओं और वादियों के लिए वाटर कूलर तथा सौंदर्यीकरण के कार्य कराया गया ।
शासकीय अधिवक्ताओं को कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी गयी ।
2. स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में जनहित के प्रयास
आम जनमानस को गंभीर बीमारियों के उपचार में आर्थिक सहायता दिलाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष के माध्यम से लगभग 530 जरूरतमंद लोगों को चिकित्सा सहायता दिलाया गया ।
शिक्षकों, शिक्षा मित्रों, विशेष शिक्षकों, अनुदेशकों एवं शिक्षा विभाग के अन्य कर्मियों की भांति उच्च शिक्षा के राजकीय, सरकारी, गैर सरकारी, स्ववित्तपोषित और मान्यता प्राप्त महाविद्यालयों के शिक्षकों और शासकीय अधिवक्ताओं , कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालयों के स्टाफ, रसोइयों एवं कर्मियों को भी सपरिवार कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा देने की मांग कई बार सदन में उठाया गया है,अब कैशलेस चिकित्सा उप्लब्ध है
स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की आधारभूत सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से सरकारी अस्पतालों में 5 ऑक्सीजन प्लांट संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम, तकनीकी नवाचार और नागरिकों की सहभागिता बढ़ाने के लिए प्रभावी डिजिटल स्वास्थ व्यवस्था विकसित करने का सुझाव सदन में रखा गया।
स्वस्थ जीवनशैली और शारीरिक व्यायाम को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए 7 ओपन जिम संबंधी कार्य किए गए
3. शिक्षा एवं शिक्षकों के हित में प्रमुख प्रयास
जनपद हरदोई एवं बाराबंकी की राजकीय लाइब्रेरी में विशेष उन्नयन कार्य और पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था कराया गया, अन्य जनपदों की लाइब्रेरी का कार्य प्रस्तावित है इस पहल का लक्ष्य पुस्तकालयों की आधारभूत सुविधाओं में सुधार करना और विद्यार्थियों एवं पाठकों के लिए बेहतर +अध्ययन वातावरण तैयार करने में योगदान देना रहा।
विद्यालयों में हरित उर्जा को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से रूफ टॉप सोलर प्लांट का स्थापना | जनपद रायबरेली और बाराबंकी के 190 विद्यालयों में ऑन ग्रिड रूफ टॉप सोलर प्लांट का स्थापना कार्य संपन्न, जनपद हरदोई और लखीमपुर खीरी के 147 विद्यालयों में ऑन ग्रिड रूफ टॉप सोलर प्लांट कार्य प्रगति पर
शिक्षा एवं तकनीकी सुविधाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए 9 प्रोजेक्टर एवं वॉल-टू-कंप्यूटर संबंधी कार्य किए गए। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य संस्थानों में डिजिटल माध्यमों से शिक्षण, प्रस्तुतीकरण और सूचना के आदान-प्रदान को सुविधाजनक बनाने में सहयोग देना रहा।
हरदोई, रायबरेली एवं बाराबंकी के अनेक राजकीय और सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों को पक्के मार्गों से जोड़ने के लिए नव निर्माण/मरम्मतीकरण । जिसमे जिला बाराबंकी के 19 राजकीय इण्टर कालेजों , जनपद हरदोई के 20 बालक/बालिकाओं के राजकीय इण्टर कालेज एवं अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विदयालयों, जिला रायबरेली के 17 अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों है
शिक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने और विद्यालयों की आधारभूत सुविधाओं में सुधार के उद्देश्य से 49 विद्यालय भवन अनुदान संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
शैक्षणिक एवं सार्वजनिक संस्थानों की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 42 फर्नीचर संबंधी कार्य कराए गए।
प्रदेश के सहायता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों एवं संस्कृत विद्यालयों के शिक्षक जो पुरानी पेंशन हेतु जी०पी०एफ० योजना से आच्छादित शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों को अन्तिम ऋण प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ सेवानिवृत शिक्षर्को एवं कर्मचारियों को जी०पी०एफ० की धनराशि ब्याज सहित भुगतान कराने के संबंध में प्रयास ।
उत्तर प्रदेश में छात्रवृत्ति एवं शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति अनुसूचित जाति/अनु० जनजाति की भाति अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र एवं छात्राओं को छात्रवृत्ति (आवेदन के आधार पर) से जुड़े विषयों को सदन में उठाना व उसकी मंजूरी के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत ।
फार्मेसी विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की मांग के लिए सरकार से मॉँग उठाकर मंजूरी का प्रयास।
लखनऊ मण्डल के अन्तर्गत जनपद- हरदोई, सीतापुर, एवं लखीमपुर खीरी में एक राजकीय विश्वविद्यालय खोले जाने के संबंध में प्रयास किया ।
फिरोज गाँधी पॉलीटेक्निक रायबरेली के विद्यार्थियों के हित में प्रवक्ताओं एवं कर्मचारियों का वेतन निर्गत कराया ।
हजारों विद्यालयों में सौर उर्जा से प्रकाश की व्यवस्था
ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के विद्यालयों में ग्रीष्म काल में विद्यालय के समयानुसार विद्युत आपूर्ति और विद्यार्थियों की सुविधाओं से जुड़े मुद्दों पर पहल कर सरकार के समक्ष माँग रखना ।
उत्तर प्रदेश में प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा बी०फार्मा परिषद् सत्र 2023-24 में सम्बद्धता हेतु प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ न किये जाने के संबंध में।
विद्यालय और विद्यार्थियों से जुड़े विषयों पर पुलिस की कार्यवाही की आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सभी पक्षों के हितों का संज्ञान लेकर कार्यवाही किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में
उत्तर प्रदेश में ऊर्जा एवं अतिरिक्त ऊर्जा विभाग द्वारा सौर ऊर्जा की परियोजनाओं को प्रोत्साहित किये जाने हेतु स्कूल कालेज एवं संस्थानों में सोलर संयंत्र लगाये जाने पर नेट मीटरिंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी
4. रोजगार एवं युवाओं के भविष्य के लिए प्रयास
रोजगार सेवकों की सेवा शर्तों, मानव संसाधन नीति (HR Policy ), बकाया मानदेय देने एवं उनके मानदेय का मासिक भुगतान करने तथा कटौती की गई ई०पी०एफ० धनराशि को उनके ई०पी०एफ० (Employment Providnet Fund) खातों में जमा करने से जुड़ी समस्याओं को सदन में उठाना।
उत्तर प्रदेश रोजगार विकास आयोग विधेयक,प्रस्तुत किया,जिसके परिप्रेक्ष्य में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश रोजगार मिशन की स्थापना की।
संविदा एवं आउटसोर्सिंग भर्ती में आरक्षण और भर्ती संबंधी नियमावली के विषय को सदन में उठाना व लागू कराने हेतु प्रयासरत ।
प्रदेश के उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत स्ववित्त पोषित महाविद्यालय को अपने स्तर पर प्राचार्यों एवं शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति करते हुये अनुदान प्रदान किये जाने के संबंध में प्रयास ।
प्रदेश में शिक्षकों की कमी को दृष्टिगत प्रवेश अर्हता में परिवर्तन कर शीघ्र नये डी०एल०एड० सत्र 2022-23 प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ किये जाने के संबंध में।
बाराबंकी के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास
हरदोई के सण्डीला औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को लखनऊ-आगरा एक्सप्रेस-वे से जोड़ा ।
'वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट वन प्रोडक्ट' योजना के अंतर्गत कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर स्थापित करने का विषय सदन में उठाना व उसको लागू करने के लिए निरन्तर प्रयास ।
5. विकास एवं जनसुविधाओं के लिए पहल
सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सौर ऊर्जा से प्रकाश की व्यवस्था के लिए 1735 सोलर स्ट्रीट लाइट लगवाने के कार्य किए गए, ताकि ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में रात्रि के समय प्रकाश की बेहतर व्यवस्था हो सके।
विभिन्न सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर प्रकाश व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए 484 सोलर सेमी हाई मास्ट लाइट,सौर ऊर्जा आधारित प्रकाश व्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 23 सोलर हाई मास्ट लाइट संबंधी संबंधी कार्य कराए गए। साथ ही 88 इलेक्ट्रिक हाई मास्ट लाइट संबंधी कार्य कराए गए। इन प्रयासों से सार्वजनिक स्थलों एवं प्रमुख स्थानों पर पर्याप्त रोशनी की व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने में मदद मिली।
सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर आम नागरिकों को स्वच्छ एवं ठंडा पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से 52 वाटर कूलर संबंधी कार्य किए गए
विभिन्न स्थानों पर आवागमन को सुगम बनाने के उद्देश्य से 45 इंटरलॉकिंग संबंधी कार्य कराए गए।
क्षेत्र की सार्वजनिक एवं सामुदायिक आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 41 भवन निर्माण संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
राष्ट्रीय गौरव, सम्मान और देशभक्ति की भावना को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से 9 स्थानों पर 150 फीट ऊंचे राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की स्थापना जैसे लखनऊ के 1090 चौराहा ।
विभिन्न स्थानों पर महापुरुषों एवं शहीदों की स्मृति में 20 से अधिक स्मृति द्वारों का निर्माण हो गया है ।
विद्युत संबंधी आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 16 ट्रांसफॉर्मर संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
मौजूदा सार्वजनिक संरचनाओं की उपयोगिता बनाए रखने के लिए 9 जीर्णोद्धार एवं मरम्मत संबंधी कार्य किए गए। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य पुरानी या आवश्यक सुधार वाली संरचनाओं को बेहतर स्थिति में लाने में सहयोग देना रहा
शहरी क्षेत्रों में आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए संबंधित विभागों के माध्यम से निरंतर पहल।
स्वच्छता और सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 8 शौचालय निर्माण संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
लखनऊ के इंदिरा नगर सेक्टर-20 स्थित उजाला अपार्टमेंट के पीछे पानी की टंकी एवं पार्क की जर्जर बाउंड्रीवाल की मरम्मत तथा सिंचाई के लिए समरसेबल लगवाया । इसके अलावा जलापूर्ति संबंधी जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए 9 सबमर्सिबल पंप संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
हरदोई के गंज जलालाबाद एवं गौसगंज में ग्राम तेरवा दहिगवां और बघौड़ को शामिल करते हुये नगर पंचायत का दर्जा दिलाने से जुड़े विषयों पर कार्य व निरंतर प्रयास।
हरदोई के ग्राम लेखा के मजरा श्यामपुर को मुख्य मार्ग से जोड़ने की मांग।
जनपद रायबरेली के ऊँचाहार में स्थित NTPC कम्पनी के द्वारा राख तालाब उमरन में फेंकने के कारण पिछले 15 वर्षों से किसानों को हुये नुकसान की भरपाई दिलाये जाने के विषय सदन में उठाना व निवारण हेतु प्रयासरत ।
बाराबंकी के हेतमापुर धाम में सरयू/घाघरा नदी पर पुल निर्माण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत ।
अंसल टाउनशिप से संबंधित वादियों के भुगतान एवं आवास की समस्या को सदन में उठाना।
सौर ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देने हेतु सौर ऊर्जा उपभोक्ताओं को नेट मानिटरिंग का लाभ दिलाये जाने के प्रयास
जनपद हरदोई के ग्राम तेरवा दहिगवा में स्थित तालाबों को अन्तर्संबद्ध कर सौन्दर्गीकरण कराये जाने के सम्बन्ध में प्रयास
सामाजिक एवं सामुदायिक आयोजनों की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 4 सामुदायिक भवन अथवा बारात घर संबंधी कार्य किया गया। इसका उद्देश्य स्थानीय लोगों को सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं पारिवारिक आयोजनों के लिए उपयोगी स्थान उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग देना रहा।
6. खेल एवं ग्रामीण विकास
खिलाड़ियों के लिए विभिन्न स्थानों पर खेल सामग्री उपलब्ध करायी गयी । इसका लक्ष्य खेल गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देना और शारीरिक विकास के लिए आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग देना रहा।
ग्राम पंचायतों में खेल मैदान आरक्षित करने के सरकारी आदेश के अनुपालन का विषय सदन में उठाना।

1. Key Initiatives for the Welfare of Advocates
Upgrading Bar Association libraries and arranging books, with further improvements planned.
Providing basic infrastructure facilities, including air-conditioning systems (ACs), in Bar Associations.
Installing water coolers and undertaking beautification work in bar associations across various districts and tehsils of the constituency for advocates and litigants.
Facilitating cashless medical treatment for government advocates.
2. Public Welfare Initiatives in Healthcare
Facilitating medical assistance for approximately 530 needy people through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help them meet the cost of treatment for serious illnesses.
Raising the demand several times in the Legislative Council for family-wide cashless medical facilities for teachers in government, non-government, self-financed, and recognized higher education institutions; government advocates; staff of Kasturba Gandhi Schools; cooks; and other employees, similar to facilities available to other categories of education department personnel. Cashless medical facilities are now available.
Undertaking work related to five oxygen plants in government hospitals to strengthen basic healthcare infrastructure.
Proposing an effective digital health system to help prevent road accidents, encourage technological innovation, and increase citizen participation.
Undertaking work related to seven open gyms to promote healthy lifestyles and physical exercise.
3. Major Initiatives for Education and Teachers’ Welfare
Upgrading government libraries and arranging books in Hardoi and Barabanki districts. Similar work in other districts has been proposed. The initiative aims to improve library infrastructure and create a better learning environment for students and readers.
Promoting green energy in schools through rooftop solar power installations:
On-grid rooftop solar plants have been installed in 190 schools in Rae Bareli and Barabanki.
Installation work is in progress in 147 schools in Hardoi and Lakhimpur Kheri.
Undertaking nine projects related to projectors and wall-to-computer facilities to promote digital teaching, presentations, and information sharing in educational institutions.
Taking up the construction and repair of paved access roads connecting government and aided schools in Hardoi, Rae Bareli, and Barabanki. These include 19 government inter colleges in Barabanki, 20 government boys’ and girls’ inter colleges and aided schools in Hardoi, and 17 aided schools in Rae Bareli.
Undertaking 49 school building grant-related works to strengthen the education system and improve school infrastructure.
Completing 42 furniture-related works in response to the needs of educational and public institutions.
Making efforts to ensure that teachers and employees of aided secondary and Sanskrit schools covered under the General Provident Fund (GPF) scheme for the old pension system can obtain final advances and that retired teachers and employees receive their GPF balances along with interest.
Raising issues in the Legislative Council concerning scholarships and fee reimbursement for Other Backward Class (OBC) students in Uttar Pradesh, similar to provisions for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, and continuing efforts to secure approval.
Raising the demand for the establishment of a pharmacy university and pursuing government approval.

Raising the demand before the government for electricity supply to rural schools during summer in accordance with school timings and students’ needs.
Raising concerns regarding the commencement of the affiliation process for the B.Pharm Council for the 2023–24 academic session by the Technical Education Department of Uttar Pradesh.

Raising issues concerning the service conditions of employment assistants, human resource policies (HR Policy), payment of outstanding honorariums, regular monthly payments, and the deposit of deducted Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) contributions into their respective accounts.
Introducing the Uttar Pradesh Employment Development Commission Bill, in connection with which the Uttar Pradesh Government established the Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission.
Raising issues concerning reservation and recruitment rules for contractual and outsourced appointments and continuing efforts toward their implementation.
Advocating for grants to self-financed colleges under the state’s Higher Education Department, with institutions appointing their own principals and teachers.
Seeking changes in admission eligibility criteria and the timely commencement of the new D.El.Ed. admission process for the 2022–23 session in view of the shortage of teachers.
Making efforts to ensure reliable electricity supply to the industrial area of Barabanki.
Facilitating the connection of the Sandila industrial area in Hardoi to the Lucknow–Agra Expressway.

Undertaking work related to the installation of 1,735 solar streetlights to improve lighting in rural and urban areas at night.

Completing 52 water cooler-related works to provide clean and cool drinking water to citizens at public places.

Installing 150-foot-high national flags at nine locations to promote national pride, respect, and patriotism, including at the 1090 Chauraha in Lucknow.
Constructing more than 20 memorial gates in memory of eminent personalities and martyrs at various locations.
Undertaking 16 transformer-related works to address electricity infrastructure requirements.
Completing nine renovation and repair works to improve the condition and usability of existing public structures.

Raising issues in the Legislative Council concerning payment and housing problems faced by litigants associated with Ansal Township.

6. Sports and Rural Development
Providing sports equipment at various locations to encourage sporting activities and support physical development.
Raising the issue of implementing government orders to reserve playgrounds in Gram Panchayats.
Urging the government to identify land allotted for mini-stadiums in village assemblies and free such land from illegal encroachments by land mafias, so that the state government’s sports promotion initiatives can be implemented effectively.

Raising the proposal to establish an autonomous institution to provide technical and financial assistance to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) under the Agriculture Department.
Requesting the government to ensure seat reservations for serving and retired military personnel on buses operated by the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation.
Raising the issue of recording the arms licence details of former military personnel in their home districts and continuing efforts toward its resolution.

1. अधिवक्ताओं के हित में प्रमुख कार्य
बार एसोसिएशन पुस्तकालयों के उन्नयन एवं पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था की गई और आगे भी वेहतर का प्रयास रहेगा ।
बार एसोसिएशनों में वातानुकूलित संयंत्र (AC) जैसी आधारभूत सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था।
निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विभिन्न जनपदों एवं तहसीलों बार में अधिवक्ताओं और वादियों के लिए वाटर कूलर तथा सौंदर्यीकरण के कार्य कराया गया ।
शासकीय अधिवक्ताओं को कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी गयी ।
2. स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में जनहित के प्रयास
आम जनमानस को गंभीर बीमारियों के उपचार में आर्थिक सहायता दिलाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष के माध्यम से लगभग 530 जरूरतमंद लोगों को चिकित्सा सहायता दिलाया गया ।
शिक्षकों, शिक्षा मित्रों, विशेष शिक्षकों, अनुदेशकों एवं शिक्षा विभाग के अन्य कर्मियों की भांति उच्च शिक्षा के राजकीय, सरकारी, गैर सरकारी, स्ववित्तपोषित और मान्यता प्राप्त महाविद्यालयों के शिक्षकों और शासकीय अधिवक्ताओं , कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालयों के स्टाफ, रसोइयों एवं कर्मियों को भी सपरिवार कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा देने की मांग कई बार सदन में उठाया गया है,अब कैशलेस चिकित्सा उप्लब्ध है
स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की आधारभूत सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से सरकारी अस्पतालों में 5 ऑक्सीजन प्लांट संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम, तकनीकी नवाचार और नागरिकों की सहभागिता बढ़ाने के लिए प्रभावी डिजिटल स्वास्थ व्यवस्था विकसित करने का सुझाव सदन में रखा गया।
स्वस्थ जीवनशैली और शारीरिक व्यायाम को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए 7 ओपन जिम संबंधी कार्य किए गए
3. शिक्षा एवं शिक्षकों के हित में प्रमुख प्रयास
जनपद हरदोई एवं बाराबंकी की राजकीय लाइब्रेरी में विशेष उन्नयन कार्य और पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था कराया गया, अन्य जनपदों की लाइब्रेरी का कार्य प्रस्तावित है इस पहल का लक्ष्य पुस्तकालयों की आधारभूत सुविधाओं में सुधार करना और विद्यार्थियों एवं पाठकों के लिए बेहतर +अध्ययन वातावरण तैयार करने में योगदान देना रहा।
विद्यालयों में हरित उर्जा को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से रूफ टॉप सोलर प्लांट का स्थापना | जनपद रायबरेली और बाराबंकी के 190 विद्यालयों में ऑन ग्रिड रूफ टॉप सोलर प्लांट का स्थापना कार्य संपन्न, जनपद हरदोई और लखीमपुर खीरी के 147 विद्यालयों में ऑन ग्रिड रूफ टॉप सोलर प्लांट कार्य प्रगति पर
शिक्षा एवं तकनीकी सुविधाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए 9 प्रोजेक्टर एवं वॉल-टू-कंप्यूटर संबंधी कार्य किए गए। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य संस्थानों में डिजिटल माध्यमों से शिक्षण, प्रस्तुतीकरण और सूचना के आदान-प्रदान को सुविधाजनक बनाने में सहयोग देना रहा।
हरदोई, रायबरेली एवं बाराबंकी के अनेक राजकीय और सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों को पक्के मार्गों से जोड़ने के लिए नव निर्माण/मरम्मतीकरण । जिसमे जिला बाराबंकी के 19 राजकीय इण्टर कालेजों , जनपद हरदोई के 20 बालक/बालिकाओं के राजकीय इण्टर कालेज एवं अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विदयालयों, जिला रायबरेली के 17 अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों है
शिक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने और विद्यालयों की आधारभूत सुविधाओं में सुधार के उद्देश्य से 49 विद्यालय भवन अनुदान संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
शैक्षणिक एवं सार्वजनिक संस्थानों की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 42 फर्नीचर संबंधी कार्य कराए गए।
प्रदेश के सहायता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों एवं संस्कृत विद्यालयों के शिक्षक जो पुरानी पेंशन हेतु जी०पी०एफ० योजना से आच्छादित शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों को अन्तिम ऋण प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ सेवानिवृत शिक्षर्को एवं कर्मचारियों को जी०पी०एफ० की धनराशि ब्याज सहित भुगतान कराने के संबंध में प्रयास ।
उत्तर प्रदेश में छात्रवृत्ति एवं शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति अनुसूचित जाति/अनु० जनजाति की भाति अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र एवं छात्राओं को छात्रवृत्ति (आवेदन के आधार पर) से जुड़े विषयों को सदन में उठाना व उसकी मंजूरी के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत ।
फार्मेसी विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की मांग के लिए सरकार से मॉँग उठाकर मंजूरी का प्रयास।
लखनऊ मण्डल के अन्तर्गत जनपद- हरदोई, सीतापुर, एवं लखीमपुर खीरी में एक राजकीय विश्वविद्यालय खोले जाने के संबंध में प्रयास किया ।
फिरोज गाँधी पॉलीटेक्निक रायबरेली के विद्यार्थियों के हित में प्रवक्ताओं एवं कर्मचारियों का वेतन निर्गत कराया ।
हजारों विद्यालयों में सौर उर्जा से प्रकाश की व्यवस्था
ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के विद्यालयों में ग्रीष्म काल में विद्यालय के समयानुसार विद्युत आपूर्ति और विद्यार्थियों की सुविधाओं से जुड़े मुद्दों पर पहल कर सरकार के समक्ष माँग रखना ।
उत्तर प्रदेश में प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा बी०फार्मा परिषद् सत्र 2023-24 में सम्बद्धता हेतु प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ न किये जाने के संबंध में।
विद्यालय और विद्यार्थियों से जुड़े विषयों पर पुलिस की कार्यवाही की आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सभी पक्षों के हितों का संज्ञान लेकर कार्यवाही किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में
उत्तर प्रदेश में ऊर्जा एवं अतिरिक्त ऊर्जा विभाग द्वारा सौर ऊर्जा की परियोजनाओं को प्रोत्साहित किये जाने हेतु स्कूल कालेज एवं संस्थानों में सोलर संयंत्र लगाये जाने पर नेट मीटरिंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी
4. रोजगार एवं युवाओं के भविष्य के लिए प्रयास
रोजगार सेवकों की सेवा शर्तों, मानव संसाधन नीति (HR Policy ), बकाया मानदेय देने एवं उनके मानदेय का मासिक भुगतान करने तथा कटौती की गई ई०पी०एफ० धनराशि को उनके ई०पी०एफ० (Employment Providnet Fund) खातों में जमा करने से जुड़ी समस्याओं को सदन में उठाना।
उत्तर प्रदेश रोजगार विकास आयोग विधेयक,प्रस्तुत किया,जिसके परिप्रेक्ष्य में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश रोजगार मिशन की स्थापना की।
संविदा एवं आउटसोर्सिंग भर्ती में आरक्षण और भर्ती संबंधी नियमावली के विषय को सदन में उठाना व लागू कराने हेतु प्रयासरत ।
प्रदेश के उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत स्ववित्त पोषित महाविद्यालय को अपने स्तर पर प्राचार्यों एवं शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति करते हुये अनुदान प्रदान किये जाने के संबंध में प्रयास ।
प्रदेश में शिक्षकों की कमी को दृष्टिगत प्रवेश अर्हता में परिवर्तन कर शीघ्र नये डी०एल०एड० सत्र 2022-23 प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ किये जाने के संबंध में।
बाराबंकी के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास
हरदोई के सण्डीला औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को लखनऊ-आगरा एक्सप्रेस-वे से जोड़ा ।
'वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट वन प्रोडक्ट' योजना के अंतर्गत कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर स्थापित करने का विषय सदन में उठाना व उसको लागू करने के लिए निरन्तर प्रयास ।
5. विकास एवं जनसुविधाओं के लिए पहल
सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सौर ऊर्जा से प्रकाश की व्यवस्था के लिए 1735 सोलर स्ट्रीट लाइट लगवाने के कार्य किए गए, ताकि ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में रात्रि के समय प्रकाश की बेहतर व्यवस्था हो सके।
विभिन्न सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर प्रकाश व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए 484 सोलर सेमी हाई मास्ट लाइट,सौर ऊर्जा आधारित प्रकाश व्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 23 सोलर हाई मास्ट लाइट संबंधी संबंधी कार्य कराए गए। साथ ही 88 इलेक्ट्रिक हाई मास्ट लाइट संबंधी कार्य कराए गए। इन प्रयासों से सार्वजनिक स्थलों एवं प्रमुख स्थानों पर पर्याप्त रोशनी की व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने में मदद मिली।
सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर आम नागरिकों को स्वच्छ एवं ठंडा पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से 52 वाटर कूलर संबंधी कार्य किए गए
विभिन्न स्थानों पर आवागमन को सुगम बनाने के उद्देश्य से 45 इंटरलॉकिंग संबंधी कार्य कराए गए।
क्षेत्र की सार्वजनिक एवं सामुदायिक आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 41 भवन निर्माण संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
राष्ट्रीय गौरव, सम्मान और देशभक्ति की भावना को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से 9 स्थानों पर 150 फीट ऊंचे राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की स्थापना जैसे लखनऊ के 1090 चौराहा ।
विभिन्न स्थानों पर महापुरुषों एवं शहीदों की स्मृति में 20 से अधिक स्मृति द्वारों का निर्माण हो गया है ।
विद्युत संबंधी आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 16 ट्रांसफॉर्मर संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
मौजूदा सार्वजनिक संरचनाओं की उपयोगिता बनाए रखने के लिए 9 जीर्णोद्धार एवं मरम्मत संबंधी कार्य किए गए। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य पुरानी या आवश्यक सुधार वाली संरचनाओं को बेहतर स्थिति में लाने में सहयोग देना रहा
शहरी क्षेत्रों में आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए संबंधित विभागों के माध्यम से निरंतर पहल।
स्वच्छता और सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 8 शौचालय निर्माण संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
लखनऊ के इंदिरा नगर सेक्टर-20 स्थित उजाला अपार्टमेंट के पीछे पानी की टंकी एवं पार्क की जर्जर बाउंड्रीवाल की मरम्मत तथा सिंचाई के लिए समरसेबल लगवाया । इसके अलावा जलापूर्ति संबंधी जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए 9 सबमर्सिबल पंप संबंधी कार्य किए गए।
हरदोई के गंज जलालाबाद एवं गौसगंज में ग्राम तेरवा दहिगवां और बघौड़ को शामिल करते हुये नगर पंचायत का दर्जा दिलाने से जुड़े विषयों पर कार्य व निरंतर प्रयास।
हरदोई के ग्राम लेखा के मजरा श्यामपुर को मुख्य मार्ग से जोड़ने की मांग।
जनपद रायबरेली के ऊँचाहार में स्थित NTPC कम्पनी के द्वारा राख तालाब उमरन में फेंकने के कारण पिछले 15 वर्षों से किसानों को हुये नुकसान की भरपाई दिलाये जाने के विषय सदन में उठाना व निवारण हेतु प्रयासरत ।
बाराबंकी के हेतमापुर धाम में सरयू/घाघरा नदी पर पुल निर्माण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत ।
अंसल टाउनशिप से संबंधित वादियों के भुगतान एवं आवास की समस्या को सदन में उठाना।

जनपद हरदोई के ग्राम तेरवा दहिगवा में स्थित तालाबों को अन्तर्संबद्ध कर सौन्दर्गीकरण कराये जाने के सम्बन्ध में प्रयास
सामाजिक एवं सामुदायिक आयोजनों की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 4 सामुदायिक भवन अथवा बारात घर संबंधी कार्य किया गया। इसका उद्देश्य स्थानीय लोगों को सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं पारिवारिक आयोजनों के लिए उपयोगी स्थान उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग देना रहा।
6. खेल एवं ग्रामीण विकास
खिलाड़ियों के लिए विभिन्न स्थानों पर खेल सामग्री उपलब्ध करायी गयी । इसका लक्ष्य खेल गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देना और शारीरिक विकास के लिए आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग देना रहा।
ग्राम पंचायतों में खेल मैदान आरक्षित करने के सरकारी आदेश के अनुपालन का विषय सदन में उठाना।
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा खेलों को प्रोत्साहन दिये जाने हेतु ग्राम सभाओं पर मिनी स्टेडियम बनाये जाने हेतु आवंटित जमीनों पर भू-माफियाओं द्वारा कर लिये गये अवैध कब्जे को मुक्त जमीन को चिन्हित करवाये जाने के संबंध में सरकार से मांग प्रयासरत, ।
7. किसानों, सैनिकों एवं आम नागरिकों के हित में प्रयास
कृषि विभाग के अंतर्गत FPO को तकनीकी एवं आर्थिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के लिए स्वायत्त संस्था बनाने का विषय उठाना।
उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम की बसों में सैनिकों एवं पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए सीट आरक्षण सुनश्चित किए जाने की सरकार से मांग।
प्रदेश के पूर्व सैनिकों के शस्त्र लाइसेंस का गृह जनपद में रिकॉर्ड दर्ज कराने का विषय उठाना व प्रयासरत ।
हरदोई के ऐतिहासिक घंटाघर भवन से संबंधित विषय को सदन में उठाना व निवारण हेतु प्रयासरत ।
जनप्रतिनिधियों के नाम सरकारी निर्माण कार्यों के शिलापटों पर संबंधित जनप्रतिनिधियों के नाम अंकित कराने के लिए प्रयास किया।
